Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying issues, and working closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases. Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documents to create effective test strategies. Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs. Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce and resolve issues. Perform regression, functional, integration, performance, and usability testing. Ensure product quality across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems. Track and report QA metrics (defects, coverage, execution rate, etc.). Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Tester, or similar role. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with SQL and ability to validate data integrity. Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Shell) a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI). Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience testing mobile apps (iOS/Android).
