The Role:
You as a Product Designer stand and defend what’s best for the user.
You will have full ownership of the end-to-end design process. You'll collaborate hand-in-hand with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to transform your design concepts into fully implemented features.
You will conduct user research to validate your assumptions and advocate for the user's needs with other stakeholders.
You will maintain and grow our Design System. You will advocate for the accessibility, consistency, and quality of our product.
You will be part of the whole process, from the idea inception for potential new features and sketching rough concepts, building low to high fidelity prototypes and mockups to test and handle over the documentation to engineering.
Responsibilities:
Development of new interfaces and optimization of existing ones
Improvements of already launched projects
Preparation of page design for various devices and browsers
Creation of wireframes and prototypes of our product pages
Creation of specifications and design guides for frontend developers.
Designing a native mobile application
Interaction with the company's teams for the rapid development of product design
Development of presentations and other visual materials.
You have:
Proficiency in design software: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Understanding of modern principles and features of UI/UX development. Tracking and using modern trends
Availability of a portfolio
Experience as a UI/UX designer for at least 2-3 years
Experience in designing interfaces for native mobile applications
Creativity, responsibility and accuracy
Knowledge or understanding of layout
Working with elementary animation
Written and spoken English (Intermediate and above)
Experience in creating User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes
Effective interaction with frontend developers and managers
Understanding business requirements and creating a user-centric design
Understanding design processes and the ability to follow and improve them
Creation of design assets such as icons, collages, simple illustrations
Experience in usability testing
Initiative and ability to argue your design decisions
