"Web designer"

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands user experience principles, and can translate ideas into engaging, responsive, and visually appealing websites. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to create designs that are both beautiful and functional.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces.

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets (icons, graphics, banners).

• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with developers to implement designs effectively.

• Optimize designs for usability, performance, and SEO best practices.

• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design improvements.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate with developers.

• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.

• Understanding of design systems and component-based design.

• Experience with motion graphics or animation tools.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
